It is always around this time of year that I begin pondering my ‘New Years resolutions’ and assess if they stuck beyond January 1. Some never make it past midnight, like the proverbial pumpkin (get up and exercise every morning!). But others are much more enjoyable to stick to.
In 2021 I decided I would buy more independent authors than ever before. This also extends to authors who I’ve stumbled across on Instagram. How can I expect people to read and review my work if I’m not paying it forward myself?

So far I’ve loved every second of @tkennyauthor ‘Wrap me in Trees’, ‘The Lady Detective’ by @authoravajanuary and this month’s purchase is ‘A Woman’s Place’ by @dianalyndhurstauthor
