Come from Away

Last night I had the marvelous opportunity to attend the Musical Theatre Production ‘Come From Away’ at the Queensland Performing Arts Centre.

I laughed, I cried, I wished it would never end. The stunning award winning performance showcasing a tiny island off the coast of Canada who kindly opened their hearts, homes and airport to diverted flights from New York following the September 11 attacks.

I highly recommend booking a ticket if you can, this performance was heartwarming, devastating and a beautiful restoration of faith in humanity.
