A Taste of South Australia Day 7

Today is the final day of our South Australian adventure.

We woke to finish the delicious breakfast left at the Vertias Cottage before packing the car and making our way back toward Adelaide.

The drive was comfortable and flew by. Before we knew it we had arrived at the Thrify car drop in Adelaide and settled in for dumplings for lunch at Hindley Dumplings.

After lunch, a short stroll to the Adelaide Central markets had us feeling like we were transported to Europe, amongst the hustle and bustle of the market stall sellers.

We then ordered an Uber and made our way to the airport to wait for our flight home. Reports of a tornado at the Brisbane airport had us wondering if we’d make it back into Queensland, but luckily we managed to avoid most of the weather that had been plaguing the city for most of our holiday and landed on time and in one piece.

I didn’t get many photos on our last day as we were lugging suitcases around the city, so I’ll include some other miscelaneous favourites from the rest of the trip.
